The Welsh Police have done a sterling job breaking a large car insurance fraud ring in South Wales – but there are fears such scams will go undetected unless the British insurance industry improves its detection powers.

The police were able to devote resources to tracking the gang  over  Facebook  to  work  out  who  was who  and  how  they  were connected. Once alerted, lawmakers did a very impressive job of investigative digging, and shadowing the gang on Facebook and social media  – and all power  to them for their excellent work.
